Bolton based ExamWorks UK has acquired Unity Health Group (UHG). ExamWorks UK is a provider of medico-legal services, health assessments, and rehabilitation treatment. Unity Health Group comprises Rehabilitation Direct, MLAS, and Pure Physiotherapy.
The group offers rehabilitation, pain management, and medical-expert administration services to the NHS , primary care providers, insurers, and solicitors. Unity Health Group employs over 500 people and has a network of more than 600 industry professionals. Post-acquisition, Phin Robinson will become the managing director for the UHG group.
He will collaborate with ExamWorks UK's health sector divisional managing directors, Maria Hardwidge and Ian Scanlan, to drive growth and coordinate services across ExamWorks UK.
