Bollywood’s bhaijaan aka superstar Salman Khan was spotted roaming in Dubai Mall with heavy security on Thursday, September 19. This public appearance was a first after his father Salim Khan was threatened in the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi early morning on Wednesday. A report by ETimes suggests Salman Khan flew to Dubai to complete his work commitments.

Footage of Salman Khan strolling in the Dubai Mall captures him in a casual attire. He sported a blue shirt with black pants and coupled his off-duty look with a stylish grey Ivy hat. Salman was secured with heavy security from all sides as he walked through the shopping plaza.



A post shared by Viral Bhayani (@viralbhayani) On early Wednesday, the superstar’s father was threatened by a woman at Mumbai’s Bandstand area during his morning walk. Salim Khan, 88, who is also a popular Bollywood screenwriter, left for his usual walk from Galaxy Apartment, Salman Khan’s Bandra residence when a burqa-clad woman and a man on a scooter approached him. Salim Khan was seated on a bench when the woman threatened him saying, “Should I call Lawrence Bishnoi,” as per police.

The two accused were detained by authorities on Thursday. The incident comes only months after Salman Khan’s Bandra residence was allegedly attacked by Lawerence Bishnoi’s gang. Two motorbike-borne men opened fire outside Galaxy Apartments on April 14.

A total of six people have been arrested in the case including Anujkumar Thapan, Harpal Singh, Sonukumar Bishnoi, and Mohd Rafiq Choudhary. Thapan is now deceased after allegedly committing suicide in police custody, while the others continue to remain in judicial custody.
