We asked her for her top tips...

Whenever I’m in London , I choose places to groom where it’s all about that effortless, natural look. My favourite go-to salons that I love in London are HARI's South Kensington and Larry King in Marylebone . When I’m at home, I look after my hair by oiling it.

Oiling has been part of my routine forever, and it’s something I grew up with. I love using Fable & Mane’s HoliRoots Hair Oil for a deep scalp massage, which is my little self-care moment. I also do weekly hair masks and prefer air-drying overheat styling whenever I can.

There are five beauty products I couldn’t be without. I swear by; the Fable & Mane HoliRoots Hair Oil , which is my hair saviour; a good sunscreen and my absolute favourite one is the Quench Botanics sunscreen ; the Quench Botanics hydrating mask ; a really good kajal, which I always use because I feel incomplete without it, and a hydrating lip balm, because dry lips are a no-go. Yoga is my absolute favourite kind of exercise.

It keeps me strong, flexible, and balanced .
