A Little Rock-based commercial brokerage, development and property management firm has partnered to acquire Northpoint Villas, a 276-unit property in Fort Worth, for $52.5 million. Moses Tucker Partners joined with Equity Partnership Holdings on the deal, the second investment from the two firms in North Texas.
In September, they acquired Firewheel Town Village, an over-55 adult apartment community in Garland with 154 units. Further acquisitions are anticipated in 2024 and 2025, according to Moses Tucker officials. “Our second acquisition in the DFW market reflects Moses Tucker Partners’ dedication to building a strong, long-term presence in this high-growth region,” said Chris Moses, principal, president and CEO at Moses Tucker Partners.
“The DFW metroplex provides an exceptional foundation for our firm’s strategic expansion as it continues to lead the nation in population growth and economic strength.” Northpoint Villas was built in 2008 and is located at 8100 N. Riverside Drive, in the north Fort Worth submarket and within the Keller school district.
