BMW India is preparing to launch the much-anticipated M4 CS on 4 October 2024, bringing together superior performance, lightweight construction, and advanced technology. New Delhi: BMW is set to introduce the high-performance M4 CS in India on 4 October 2024. The M4 CS, which sits between the M4 Competition and the exclusive M4 CSL, promises an exhilarating driving experience both on and off the track.

This mid-cycle update for the 4-Series combines race-inspired technology, reduced weight, and enhanced power to deliver a compelling blend of performance and comfort. The M4 CS is expected to retail at a higher price than the current M4 Competition, which is priced at ₹1.53 crore (ex-showroom).



BMW M4 CS: Powertrain At the heart of the M4 CS is a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged inline-6 engine, a familiar powerhouse for fans of BMW’s M division. Producing an impressive 535 bhp, this engine is identical to the one found in the M4 CSL, delivering significantly more power than the regular M4 Competition.

Paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive (AWD) system, the M4 CS can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. For those craving a more traditional rear-wheel-drive experience, the AWD system features a rear-wheel bias, which can be enhanced by activating the 4WD Sport mode.

Drivers can even switch to a fully rear-wheel-drive setting for a pure, unfiltered driving sensation. The performance of the M4 CS is backed by its credentials on the famed Nu�.
