As of October, revenue from international markets has outpaced its domestic earnings in Japan. This milestone comes as BLUE LOCK season two continues to air, with both companies planning to expand their international marketing efforts for the soccer-themed franchise. The BLUE LOCK franchise continues to captivate a global audience with a variety of merchandise, interactive experiences, and gaming opportunities.
With translations available in over 20 languages and available in more than 20 countries, the anime and manga have expanded their reach far beyond Japan. Bandai Namco Filmworks oversees licensing in Asia, while Kodansha handles distribution across Europe, the U.S.
