New Delhi: We all love Hollywood celebs and their skin and hair routine for the perfect texture, shine and volume. Blake Lively is one of the most searched celebrities on the internet for ageing in reverse with her skincare and haircare routine ever since her role in Gossip Girls, a perfect blonde aesthetic beauty with thick, long and shiny hair.

In a recent interview while promoting her brand Blake Brown, the actress shared that the haircare product range is missing a very important product for many individuals across the globe- conditioner. Blake mentioned in the interview that no one in the industry follows the conditioner rule and instead skips it for many reasons. She uses a dual approach to make her hair healthy and shiny by alternating between two sets of shampoo and hair masks.

The haircare routine followed by Blake is all about hydrating and nourishing along with thick hair. The method used is designed to get balanced moisture, and nourishment, prevent brittleness and maintain flexibility as per the heavy shoot schedules where it is exposed to heating tools. As someone who has hectic makeup and hair dress-up routines, involving various heating tools or heavy hairstyles maintaining hair moisture and thickness is a natural thing to worry about.

Blake advises without doing much you can still maintain good hair health. The simple routine, apply a hair mask for at least 30 seconds and then wash it off completely. In the interview, the actress said, “People think of hair masks as more of a speciality product or a one-off treatment.

But I use it every single time like I use conditioner.” Blake also advises using hair masks regularly, just one would with conditioner, and also swears by using a pre-shampoo mask for extra protection that your hair needs. Blake swears, “I live by one rule if you take something, you have to give it back to it.

And that applies to my hair too. So I take from it by styling and wearing from to, then I give it back to it”, she concludes..
