A fed-up Lostock resident says he was told his bin would not be collected within the set time after it was missed on a round - because he hadn't reported it within 24 hours. Shoyab Patel, who lives on Chorley New Road, was left with an overflowing beige bin since July - which was collected on the day The Bolton New contacted Bolton Council.
