Bindi Irwin has cautioned people not to ask whether she'll have more children amid her endometriosis diagnosis . In early 2023 the wildlife conservationist revealed she had been diagnosed and treated for endometriosis, a condition that can lead to fertility issues. Two years before sharing her diagnosis with the world, Irwin welcomed her daughter Grace Warrior in 2021 – now aged three – with husband Chandler Powell.

"I have a lot of feelings about this question," Irwin began in the part two video.

While discussing his wife's endometriosis journey, Powell admitted having their daughter was an "absolute miracle" and they are "so happy" as a family of three. Irwin later confirmed Grace will likely be their only child. However, the 26-year-old also took the time to encourage people to be sensitive with questions about fertility.

"I really appreciate everybody who's curious to see if we will have another child, but I do just want to send it out there [to] remember to be careful when you ask this question because you never know what's happening in someone's life, in a family's world," she said. "Everything may seem fine on the outside and on the inside their own personal journey might have been filled with turmoil and challenges that, you know, you can't even fathom." Irwin said she appreciated the "kindness and good intent" behind the question but said it's "really tricky" for those struggling to have their first or another child. Irwin held hope the pair would maybe "be blessed with another little one down the road," admitting "that would be incredible." "It's really hard because sometimes it's so easy to say, 'Grace will be our only child'," the 26-year-old said, explaining she does not like the word 'only'.

The wildlife conservationist finished off her message by sending love to all the women on their individual health journey.

In March 2023, Irwin shared she had been diagnosed with endometriosis after a decade-long struggle with pain and undergoing surgery. Since then the star has advocated for endometriosis awareness, for which she was honoured with the Endometriosis Foundation of America's Blossom Award in May 2024.
