Saturday, July 20, 2024 Billy Yoder joins Vernick Fish as General Manager. Vernick Fish is Chef Greg Vernick’s American oyster bar located inside the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center. In his new role, Billy will manage all operations at Vernick Fish, including the restaurant’s service expansion to seven nights a week starting July 21, 2024.

With over two decades in the hospitality industry, Billy brings extensive knowledge and a successful track record to Vernick Fish. Before this, Billy held key management roles at renowned restaurants, demonstrating his commitment to quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction. Most recently, he was the general manager of Mirabella, a new restaurant by Michelin-star Chef Michael White at Fontainebleau Miami Beach.



Prior to that, he led the openings of Groot Hospitality’s The Key Club and The Goodtime Hotel. With experience in major cities like New York and Los Angeles, Billy is excited to return to his roots in Philadelphia. “I am thrilled to join the team at Vernick Fish and to build upon its reputation as a premier dining destination,” says Billy Yoder.
