The Buffalo Bills appear interested in adding to their wide receiver room before the 2024 season gets underway. On Wednesday, ESPN's Field Yates reported the Bills worked out former Tennessee Titans wide receiver Corey Davis. The former fifth overall pick in 2017 has unretired after a year away from the game and is now looking to return to the .

He was drafted in 2017 and spent four seasons with the Titans, before signing with the New York Jets on a three-year, $37.5 million deal. Davis spent two seasons with the Jets before announcing in Aug.

Now, he's looking for his next home, and got an opportunity to try out with the Bills. The Bills' wide receiver room looks very different in 2024. Their top two pass-catchers from a year ago — Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis — are with new teams, as and Davis signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in free agency.

The Bills selected Florida State wide receiver Keon Coleman with the first pick of the second round of the 2024 Draft. He's expected to lineup alongside Khalil Shakir and free agent addition Curtis Samuel as the starting receivers for quarterback Josh Allen and the Bills. Another free agent addition, wide receiver Chase Claypool, will miss the entire 2024 season after being this week.

Davis has 273 receptions for 3,879 yards and 17 touchdowns across 78 career games. His best season came in 2020 with Tennessee, when he caught 65 passes for a career-high 984 yards and five touchdowns. In his last season in 2022, he had 32 receptions for 536 yards and two touchdowns.
