But after languishing on the market for seven months, the beautifully appointed apartment was re-listed in June for $30million. The agent involved in the sale would not confirm the purchase, reported the Wentworth Courier on Thursday. However, real estate insiders informed the publication that Francesca's apartment recently went under the hammer to a local buyer for 'close to' the asking price.
