Bill Belichick has revealed the brilliant reason why Matthew Judon wears red sleeves. The four-time Pro Bowl linebacker's eye-catching fashion sense has long been a talking point for fans. Judon, 32, is currently on the Atlanta Falcons ' roster having made his name with the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots .

He linked up with Belichick in Foxborough, and the legendary Patriots coach shed some light on his former star's sleeves. "He's Judon coming inside, that's a big play by Ju. He's got on his red long-sleeve shirt," Belichick told ESPN's Manningcast during the Falcons' Week 2 win over the Philadelphia Eagles .
