A BENIDORM cast member shared how much they received for one episode of the beloved ITV comedy. In response, Asa said the amount changed over time after he became a regular character on the show. He continued: "They flew me from Manchester, put me in a hotel [and] they did all the transfers, all the food.
"I was filming for one day, it was two minutes worth of screen-time and I got £750 quid. "That was just a one-off contract, there was no royalties, no repeat fees, nothing like that. "It was a nice amount of money to do a very little amount of work.
" One of the star's followers seemed to agree, as they wrote: "£750 for a day's work and sort of a free holiday is pretty decent." It comes as a fellow Benidorm star recently teased the show's possible return during a Good Morning Britain appearance.
