The popular holiday destination, located in Alicante, Spain , has garnered an infamous reputation due to its party-mad strip, slew of English Breakfast cafes, and golden sandy beaches. Due to its 'sheltered position' on the east coast, Benidorm has some of the Mediterranean's highest summer temperatures - with July and August being particularly dry and sunny.
