Ben Shephard shouted 'it's all fallen apart' as a segment was cut short on This Morning today. Ben and fellow host Cat Deeley were presenting in the studio when they crossed over to chat with Craig Doyle in the This Morning forest. The trio were talking about conkers being a good cleaning hack when the segment crashed.

Conkers are known as a good natural cleaning product but Ben and Cat were forced to bin off the segment when the link crashed and they returned to the studio, with Ben admitting: "It's all fallen apart, you rub a couple of conkers together and that's what happens." Cat and Ben took over the show from previous hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby . Phillip - who has just fronted his own Channel 5 documentary - quit after an affair with a younger male colleague, whilst Holly was subjected to a harrowing murder plot by convicted criminal Gavin Plumb, who was handed a life sentence for plotting to kidnap, rape and murder Holly.



Despite what Holly went through, Cat recently told Grazia she doesn't feel vulnerable. She explained: "I don’t feel particularly vulnerable. And I’d always think about my own mental health.

If something was affecting me, or I hated going into work, I’d walk away. It’s more important that I enjoy what I do." Addressing claims about toxicity on set, she insisted: "Well, obviously Ben and I had heard all of those stories.

I can only speak as I find it, and I have no idea what happened before we were there, but I haven’t seen o.
