The intersection at Mitchell Avenue and the Belt Highway will be subject to construction starting on Monday, Nov. 18th. Missouri American Water will begin working on the water valves near the intersection next Monday, Nov.
18th at 6 a.m. and the work is scheduled to last until next Saturday, Nov.
23rd. The Southbound lanes of the Belt HWY, as well as both the East and Westbound lanes of Mitchell Ave will be narrowed down to one lane during the water valve project..
