The Gold medal-winning cyclist has been "accused" of promoting luxury clothing brands, according to Mail Online . The 32-year old has seemingly broken "strict guidelines" which prohibits on-air talent from promoting brands they wear.

During one interview with her husband, Laura was reportedly advertising a £2,750 Breitling brand watch and tagged them on Instagram as she shared photos of herself wearing the watch on television. She also reportedly promoted the upmarket fashion brand Reiss when she boasted a bright yellow dress during a day of coverage on the BBC . Laura has now removed mention of the brands from her social media.
