Alex and Charlie moved into their dream country home back in July, and she has shared the difficulty of placing their kids Teddy, six, Kit, four, and Annie, two, in three different schools.

However, despite the challenges, the TV star said on Instagram : "We made it and are completely delighted with the new house. Thank you so much for all your messages of support over the last few weeks. “We are living in complete chaos, but it already feels like home.

" Alex went on to admit it was a "big decision" to leave their home in west London after 14 "happy" years, though they "wanted the children to have .
