BBC Countryfile fans issued the same complaint about the latest instalment of the farming programme. During the latest episode, Matt Baker and Charlotte Smith visited a farm in Cambridgeshire where pioneering farmer David Mwanaka is growing 485 acres of crops from his native Zimbabwe, including white maize. They also visited a community farm growing rare crops, including oca and quinoa, while Adam Henson was in Cornwall helping out with a tea harvest.
However, just minutes into the programme, fans took to social media to share their thoughts, and not everyone was happy. Some fans were unimpressed with the episode's content, labeling it "boring." One fan wrote: " Boring #countryfile today.
" Another complained: "This first story is really terribly done - nothing but a never-ending pointless interview- no one does anything except drive to nowhere, apparently." Picking fault at the maize segment, a third viewer said: "Just what you want at a crucial time for the harvest ..

One person issued a plea to show bosses: "I'd have preferred a more general Harvest edition, like sort of news about many more farms and crops, #CountryFile." However, not everyone shared the same opinion as one fan beamed: "@BBCCountryfile Teabot in Cornwall.
