The BBC Breakfast presenter, 62, appeared on The One Show on Tuesday (July 24) to discuss her new novel, Once Upon a Time in Venice. Around the time the episode aired, Carol took to Instagram with a snap of herself standing next to The One Show logo.

The BBC star looked sensational in a blue and white patterned dress, with her blonde hair swept up into an elegant updo. The photo sent her followers into meltdown as they flocked to the comments to voice how incredible she looked. "Absolutely beautiful what a bonus to see gorgeous Carol on the one show," wrote one viewer.
