Attending the premiere of a new documentary about the iconic '80s series, the 55-year-old actress - who played Dawn Masteron in the Hawaii -based seasons of the famous lifeguard drama - looked like she was aging backless as she showed off her youthful appearance with minimal makeup. She starred in the television series alongside Erika Eleniak, who debuted a heavily tatted look earlier this year, and Pamela Anderson.

Neither of the stars are thought to have been interviewed for the new four-part documentary, which is set to be released on August 28. Brandy’s red carpet appearance comes after she recently opened up about her battles with drug and alcohol addiction on a podcast with New York University .
The mom of two - who was married to Dark Angel actor Martin Cummins from 1998 to 2004 - revealed that she had been clean and sober since 2012 and described how her addiction issues started when she was just 11 years old. Opening up about her troubled past, Brandy said: "It's true that when I was 11, I smoked pot for the first time. That was when I knew I liked feeling different than I was feeling.

" She added: “I think I just didn't think to say no, I didn't have any boundary or limit. I didn't have anything stopping me.”.
