The Italian coastguard have identified the bodies of five people found on board the sunken £30million yacht Bayesian , including British billionaire Mike Lynch - but his daughter was not among them. Jonathan Bloomer, his wife Judith Bloomer, lawyer Christopher Morvillo and his wife Neda Morvillo have also been named by rescue teams. Mr Lynch's 18-year-old daughter Hannah is still missing.

Sicily's Chief of Civil Protection Salvo Cocina said yesterday he believed the Oxford-bound teen was among the bodies recovered, but this morning the Italian Coastguard confirmed the final person yet to be found was a woman. A source close to the operation said 59-year-old Mr Lynch's body was brought to shore this morning. A fire service boat with flashing blue lights returned this morning with a blue body bag to Porticello at just after 8.

45am local time. It brings the total number of confirmed deaths to six after the body of chef Recaldo Thomas was discovered on the day of the sinking. The superyacht went under on Monday after it was believed to have been hit by a waterspout .

It had been hoped anyone trapped in the bowels of the ship had found air pockets to keep them alive as rescue teams attempted to reach them, but those hopes have dwindled. Below we take a look at those so far confirmed killed in the tragedy in the Mediterranean. Mike Lynch The sailing trip was meant to have been a celebration for the British tech entrepreneur.

Mr Lynch, from Suffolk, was recently acquitted in a major fraud case where he had been accused of orchestrating a fraud and conspiracy leading up to the $11 billion deal (£8billion) from which his Autonomy firm was bought out by giants Hewlett Packard. Mr Lynch made the Forbes billionaire list in both 2014 and 2015, with the American magazine predicting he had a net worth of around $1 billion. But it says he fell off in 2016.

The 59-year-old's wife Angela Baceras survived the sinking but the couple's 18-year-old daughter Hannah is among those who remain missing, despite earlier reports suggesting her body was found. Jonathan and Judith Bloomer Jonathan Bloomer was chief executive of global finance group Prudential between 2000 and 2005, and currently chair of Morgan Stanley International. His wife Judy is a former director of property developer Change Real Estate along with her husband.

Mr Bloomer was also chairman of insurance provider Hiscox. The firm said in a statement: “Our thoughts are with all those affected, in particular our chair, Jonathan Bloomer, and his wife Judy, who are among the missing.” Earlier this week Mr Bloomer's twin Jeremy said of the tragedy: "I'm just numb, just numb.

That's it, you don't know what to think and you can't believe it's happened." Mrs Bloomer was a supporter of charity the Eve Appeal, and served as a trustee and committee member for over 20 years. Athena Lamnisos, CEO, said: "Everyone at the charity is deeply shocked to hear the news that our very dear friend Judy is amongst the missing.

Our thoughts are with Judy and Jonathan’s family, and all those who are still waiting for news after this tragic event." Christopher and Neda Morvillo Christopher Morvillo and his wife Neda were on the yacht to celebrate My Lynch's acquittal. Mr Morvillo had worked on the case for more than a decade and was a partner of law firm Clifford Chance's US branch.

His career also included being assistant attorney for the Southern District of New York between 1995 and 2005, as well as working on the terrorist investigation into the 9/11 attacks. Mr Morvillo praised Mr Lynch as “wonderful” and “determined” in a post on the website Linkedin days afterwards. Taking the opportunity to thank his “patient and incredible wife” Neda and daughters Sabrina and Sophia, he wrote: “None of this would have been possible without your love and support.

I am so glad to be home." His wife Neda owned a luxury jewellery brand under her maiden name, Neda Nassiri. According to the company’s website, she has been designing and hand-crafting jewellery in New York for over two decades.

Recaldo Thomas The first body recovered from the wreck of the Bayesian was that of the yacht's onboard chef, Recaldo Thomas, who was found dead on Tuesday. Yesterday Salvatore Cocina, the head of Sicily’s civil protection agency, confirmed five bodies were found. Four of the five were retrieved on Wednesday, with the last brought to the surface this morning.

The search continues for the other person missing following the sudden capsizing of the vessel in a storm. Fifteen people escaped the yacht before it quickly sank earlier this week, including Mr Lynch's wife. Fisherman Fabio Cefalù earlier told how he had seen a flare from the shore at around 4.

30am and immediately set out to the site. By the time he got there, the Bayesian had already sunk, with only cushions, wood and other items from the superyacht floating in the water. He said: “For the rest, we didn't find anyone.

I think they are inside, all the missing people.”.
