Bandos Maldives is thrilled to announce the remarkable success of its Food & Beverage team at the prestigious Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Global Culinary Challenge 2024. With a total of 16 medals—4 Gold, 4 Silver, and 8 Bronze—the team once again showcased their culinary artistry and dedication to excellence. : Shiv Singh won Gold for his outstanding Vegetarian Main Course.

Jagath Indika impressed the judges with his Artistic Pastry Show Piece, earning him another Gold. P. Pathirannahalage showcased his skills in Beef Hot Cooking to claim Gold as well.



Yallappa Patil received a Merit in Nescafe Creative Coffee. : Shiv Singh also secured a Silver for his Creative Dunar Rice Dish. Akash Milan’s expertise in Seafood Hot Cooking earned him Silver, while Shihan Madusha’s performance in Beef Hot Cooking resulted in another Silver.

Putu Aditya received Silver for his exceptional Nescafe Creative Coffee. : Jagath Indika achieved Bronze for his Fruit & Vegetable Carving. Akash Milan’s Appetizer (Hot or Cold) was awarded Bronze, as was Shihan Madusha’s Lamb Hot Cooking.

Mohammad Nakib took Bronze for Seafood Hot Cooking. Premsagar Muninarayanappa’s Appetizer (Hot or Cold) and Ali Rasheed’s Seafood Hot Cooking also earned Bronze medals. Venuji Binalka won Bronze for Dress the Cake, and Dilli Khati took home Bronze for his Vegetarian Main Course.
