The Bachelorette 's Jenn Tran sent Marcus on to her Fantasy Suites episode, but now his ex-girlfriend says that might not have been such a great choice. Marcus and his fellow contestants Devin and Jonathon are heading to Hawaii to better connect with the leading lady as she comes closer to making her decision. However, the suitor's ex is slamming his behavior ahead of his departure for the show and has delivered a stark warning to Jenn.

“I think I’m kinda stuck somewhere between really, really liking someone and loving them,” Marcus said to family member Scott, clarifying that he was “not in love” with Jenn yet. Jenn said to his sister Gabriella that she and Marcus have “a connection that I can’t really describe fully.” And despite know knowing “exactly how much he feels for me,” Jenn added: “I’m definitely falling in love with him and I think that I get scared because I also don’t want to get my heart broken.

” “I want to make sure that I’m doing that with the right person and I think that just the speed of everything is just kind of what’s kind of making it hard for me to get out of my own way,” Marcus continued to his sister. Jenn left the date feeling like she could be part of Marcus’s family.

“The way that they feel about you is an extension of the way that I feel about you,” he told Jenn. “So, I want you to know that, ya know, I am falling for you.” “Especially after today, I’m falling for you, too,” she responded.

However, meeting back up with the guys, Marcus was doubting things agin. “Everyone’s feeling really confident about their hometowns. The guys seem like they – if given the opportunity – that they would get down on a knee and not have any reservations about that,” Marcus said in a confessional.

“As happy and as excited and as optimistic as I want to feel, like, I just kind of feel like I’m behind right now. I’m trying my best to understand why. "Honestly, it’s like this feeling of shame of not being there yet.

What are those guys doing that I’m incapable of right now? It does make me feel like there’s something wrong with me. Going into this rose ceremony, there’s no reason that I should be feeling the way that I’m feeling.” Still, Marcus received a rose from Jenn, which he accepted.

“If I went home tonight, it would hurt a lot because I don’t want to sabotage something that could be really good for the both of us,” he admitted before the rose ceremony. “But I think she can kind of feel that I’m struggling to meet her where she’s at and I think that if I go home tonight it’s because she has run out of patience. I’m worried that something that makes me extremely happy could be taken away.
