BACHELORETTE fans were livid after a last-minute schedule change delayed a crucial episode for some viewers. On Monday, viewers in certain time zones learnt they will have to wait longer than others to watch Jenn Tran's hometown dates over a programming clash with the 2024 Democratic National Convention. The Bachelorette broadcast was most severely disrupted for fans in the Mountain Time and Pacific Time zones, with several people rushing to X to complain about the interruption.

In the Mountain Time zone, the first half of Monday night's two-hour episode kicked off as usual at 7pm but ran until 10pm, with an hour-long break for the DNC in the middle. Meanwhile, fans in the West Coast became frustrated after the convention ran longer than expected, pushing back The Bachelorette's 8pm start time. "Playing Bachelorette bingo with [President Joe] Biden’s DNC speech because ABC Network don’t [sic] know how TV schedules work," one X user grumbled about the delay.
