: Ajay Devgn has released the teaser of his new period film based on the love that a family has for their royal horse. Starring Ajay Devgn’s nephew Aaman Devgan and Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani, it is titled as ‘Azaad’. The movie seems to be set in pre-independence India where Ajay is a master horse rider who has a beautiful bond with his horse.
He runs away from cruel English armies and jumps over valleys but between all this, the horse goes missing.The search for the horse is handed over to the younger boy played by Aaman. Rasha plays the rich young girl from a rich family but the teaser shows her only for two brief moments.
The trailer does provide us with a few flashbacks from the movie Tarzan: The wonder car, a 2004 film in which Ajay Devgn played the role of a ghost who, through his custom-made car, helped his son to avenge his murder. In contrast, Ajay’s character appears vibrant and alive in this new project, seemingly guiding his son to form a connection with their family horse. The film is being produced by Abhishek Kapoor, who has been successful with films like Kai Po Che, Kedarnath, Rock On and Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui.
Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor are producing the upcoming venture, Azaad, which is set to get released on the big screen in January 2025. Posting the teaser on social media, Kapoor wrote, “Har jung mein, har bahadur yodha ke saath, ek wafadaar ghoda zaroor raha hai. 🐎 #Azaad Teaser Out Now.
