Wedding Crashers star Isla Fisher has sold her two-bedroom apartment in Sydney’s leafy Woollahra suburb. The popular Hollywood comic actor first purchased the art deco gem at 96 Wallis Street, on the edge of sprawling Centennial Park, in 1995 for $171,500 while she was working on the TV soap Home and Away. She listed the unit for sale in September, with a price guide of around $1m.
The unit was due to go to auction, but it was eventually settled through a private negotiation on October 22 for an undisclosed price. JK Agency led the sale process. Isla Fisher’s art deco apartment in Woollahra was put up for sale in September.
