Saturday, August 3, 2024 Dubai-based Atmosphere Living has signed a joint development agreement to build villas and a hotel in Mussoorie, with an investment of Rs 550 crore, according to a senior executive. The company also has plans to develop holiday home projects in Goa, Lonavala, Himachal Pradesh, and Jaipur, with future expansion to international locations. Atmosphere Living is part of the Atmosphere Core portfolio, which operates resorts in the Maldives and has plans to expand its portfolio.
The group aims to introduce branded ultra-luxury serviced homes across South Asia and is also developing properties in Dubai and Sri Lanka. In the second home market, the company offers investors an option to lease their homes back to the company. Dubai-based Atmosphere Living has entered into a joint development agreement to build a luxury hotel and villas in Mussoorie, with a significant investment of Rs 550 crore.
This partnership is part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its footprint in the Indian real estate and hospitality market. Atmosphere Living is a key player in the Atmosphere Core portfolio, which currently operates several upscale resorts in the Maldives and is actively looking to broaden its portfolio across South Asia. In addition to the Mussoorie project, Atmosphere Living has ambitious plans to develop holiday home projects in popular Indian destinations such as Goa, Lonavala, Himachal Pradesh, and Jaipur.
