The expansive 135,000 square meter area is targeting global green building standards and will include two opulent hotels—a 300-room InterContinental featuring Chinatown’s grandest ballroom for events, and a 200-room Kimpton hotel.
Additionally, an eight-story modern Chinese pavilion will provide panoramic views, accompanied by roughly 50,000 square meters of premium retail space. A notable highlight is one of Thailand’s most extensive subterranean retail centers, which will occupy over two levels below the surface. Further enhancements include Chinatown’s largest parking structure, which will spread across five underground and ten above-ground levels.
