It isn’t anything particularly special, it isn’t going to change anyone’s life, and the story told is beyond absurd. It is mildly entertaining, featuring interesting performances from Jason Patric and Dash Mihok.
Sylvester Stallone is also in the movie, presumably taking the role Bruce Willis likely would have taken had he not retired from acting (and I make that observation because Stallone, just like Willis in several low-budget indie action movies he made, is billed second in the opening and closing credits).
