Monday, September 9, 2024 The Arlberg Club House is set to revolutionize Lech’s hospitality scene with its luxurious new alpine destination, opening in December 2024 for an unforgettable experience. Hotel Arlberg proudly announces the upcoming grand opening of the Arlberg Club House, a luxurious new destination set to transform alpine hospitality in the renowned ski village of Lech, Austria. Spearheaded by local entrepreneurs Benjamin Schneider and Patrick Krummenacher, both part of the well-known Hotel Arlberg family, this exclusive project is slated to open in December 2024.

An Alpine Haven for All More than just a ski club, the Arlberg Club House is a vibrant gathering spot for families, friends, mountain lovers, and après-ski enthusiasts. It embraces the essence of “Good Mountain Life,” offering not only exceptional skiing but also shopping, dining, and social experiences. Under one roof, visitors will find a curated luxury Concept Store, a bistro with a coffee bar and sun-drenched balcony, an upscale restaurant with Mediterranean flair, and Margo’s Bar, an intimate space for unforgettable evenings.

A Harmony of Nature and Design Nestled in the scenic beauty of Lech, the Arlberg Club House is crafted by the prestigious Austrian design firm Bernd Gruber in collaboration with Kitzmüller Architecture. The design melds smooth travertine, elegant curves, and lacquered wood with traditional alpine touches like shingles, coffered ceilings, and rustic materials. Natural stone accents, sourced from Italy, enhance the Mediterranean ambiance in the kitchen and dining areas, reflecting the high-quality craftsmanship of its sister property, Hotel Arlberg, located just across the street.

The spirit of Benjamin Schneider and Patrick Krummenacher flows through every space, merging international club house charm with the rich history of the region. The earthy tones and seamless transitions between levels create a cohesive and welcoming environment. A Fusion of Mediterranean and Alpine Flavors Guests can savor breathtaking views of the Omeshorn mountain while enjoying Mediterranean cuisine in the restaurant.

The menu includes Mediterranean-inspired classics like homemade pasta, lobster rolls, and surf-and-turf dishes, all crafted by the talented head chef Patrick Tober, who expertly combines Mediterranean and alpine influences. Lively dinners, enhanced by weekly live music, culminate in nights at Margo’s Bar, a chic basement venue named after the hosts’ daughter. Luxury Shopping Meets Mountain Charm The “Shop Upstairs” concept store offers a selection of luxury fashion from top designers and emerging labels, focusing on fair production methods and high-quality craftsmanship.

The shop features pieces from designers such as Iris von Arnim, Rianna + Nina, and collections from brands like Kaptain Sunshine from Japan and Mühlbauer manufactory from Vienna. Visitors can also enjoy a perfectly brewed cup of coffee at the bistro, featuring a specially roasted blend from award-winning Trevo Coffee. A Continuation of Legacy The Arlberg Club House builds on the legacy of Hotel Arlberg, a family-run establishment known for its authentic hospitality and elegant design.

Open for 44 weeks a year, the club house represents the Schneider family’s commitment to year-round tourism in Lech, revitalizing the village beyond the winter season and offering locals and guests a welcoming second home in the heart of the Alps..
