After Jisshu Sengupta and Nilanjana Sengupta ’s divorce rumours, speculations were rife that Arjun Chakrabarty too was heading down the same road. However, after the rumours gained momentum, the ‘Gaaner Oparey’ famed actor recently cleared the air about his marital life with his wife Sreeja Sen .
Arjun recently took to Instagram to share an adorable selfie with his wife Sreeja. Both Arjun and Sreeja are seen smiling in the photo. Posting that photo on social media, Arjun wrote, “Out and about in sunny Greenwich.
Earlier this year when we had a most memorable summer vacation. The beauty of open spaces and the tranquility of nature are indeed transformative.” Arjun and Sreeja, along with their daughter Avantika went for a European summer vacation earlier this year.
The family of three has been posting picturesque photos on their social media profiles since then. However, Sreeja, Arjun’s wife, recently unfollowed the actor on Instagram. Not just that, Sreeja removed several romantic photos of her and Arjun.
Sreeja’s online activities fanned the flame of separation speculations. The obvious question arose, are Arjun and Sreeja getting divorced? In a recent interview, when Sreeja was asked this question, she said, “Not at all. There is no separation between us.
Right now we are sitting together with our daughter. We are chatting now.” What will she say about unfollowing Arjun and deleting the photos? Sreeja said, “I am following Arjun.
And deleting photos is my personal choice.” On the other hand, Arjun was quite bewildered at the question of his divorce. The ‘Bapi Bari Jaa’ actor said, “I really don't know who is spreading these.
We are together.” Why did Sreeja delete Arjun's photos on her Instagram profile then? Arjun said, “Sreeja did this for personal reasons. This is her decision.
I am a private person and don't like to post anything about my personal life.” However, neither Arjun nor Sreeja clarified the reason behind her unfollowing him on social media. Arjun and Sreeja, who had been high school sweethearts , married each other almost a decade back.
