Every time you open TikTok or any major social media platform, you’re bombarded with information regarding what you should and shouldn’t be doing for your health. While there are plenty of wonderful health professionals creating and sharing useful content online, there are just as many (if not more) totally unqualified voices fuelling opinion-based – and often dangerous – trends.
