In addition to Aqua, Rosine handles Sales for Caspy Caviar, Aqua’s Executive Chef/Owner Shaun Hergatt’s brand of caviar. A University of Nevada, Las Vegas alumni, Frangie received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in which she pursued local and hybrid career paths leading her to work as a Director of Corporate Sales for The Light Group, LLC; Director of VIP Marketing for LVNG; Director of Partnerships for SPEEDVEGAS; Sales Director – Western Region for Coral Cay Beverage Group; and Vice President of Sales and Partnerships for 7OH2 Hospitality DET, LLC.

Throughout the years of her experience, Frangie has excelled in her professional skills of Strategic Planning, Business Development, Partnership Management, Brand Activation, Contract Negotiations, CRM Implementation and Event Planning and Execution. In her free time, Frangie is an avid lover of traveling, sports and fitness. Being a mother to her 12-year old son, she enjoys spending her off days with him, watching him grow and partake in his hobbies and interests.
