Appart’City, a leading aparthotel brand in France, has joined forces with IDeaS, a globally recognized expert in hospitality revenue management solutions, to enhance decision-making and streamline processes for its 90 properties. This collaboration represents a pivotal shift in Appart’City’s revenue management strategy, moving from traditional manual methods to a cutting-edge automated Revenue Management System (RMS).

Previously, the company’s revenue teams faced the demanding task of manually managing pricing for a diverse portfolio of approximately 12,000 rooms, which included varying inventory types and stay durations. With the adoption of IDeaS G3 RMS, Appart’City now leverages advanced analytics to automate pricing recommendations. The system evaluates factors such as market demand, competitor pricing, and other external data, enabling real-time rate adjustments and precise overbooking strategies.



These capabilities ensure optimal revenue generation and occupancy levels. The rollout of the G3 RMS solution is being carried out in phases to facilitate a smooth integration. Once fully implemented, Appart’City will benefit from a future-ready revenue management framework.
