Tuesday, August 13, 2024 Anuradha joins Marriott to lead the launch of India’s first Moxy Hotel at Bengaluru Airport, bringing global expertise and a passion for hospitality to her hometown. Anuradha has recently taken on the role of Pre-opening Hotel Captain at the upcoming Moxy Bengaluru Airport Prestige Tech Cloud, marking the introduction of the Moxy Hotel brand in India. Her rich background in the hospitality sector covers a variety of international locales including the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
With her roots in Bangalore, India, Anuradha’s journey in hospitality began with IHG in 2010 at Crowne Plaza Bahrain, eventually leading her to positions in Kuwait and Oman. Her career also includes a significant tenure as the Cluster Director of Marketing Communications and PR at JW Marriott Kuwait. Returning to IHG, she further honed her leadership skills in Singapore, ultimately serving as the Director of Operations at the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre.
Anuradha is known for her dedication to fostering team spirit and her commitment to the core values of hospitality that prioritize people. An advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), she has been a mentor to many upcoming talents in the hospitality industry, with a focus on empowering female leaders. Looking forward, Anuradha is enthusiastic about continuing her mentorship to shape future leaders in the field.
