This year marks the sixth year of the annual British Restaurant Awards (BRA) celebrating the best of British restaurants, with 29 award categories ranging from Best Chef to Best Luxury Restaurant. This year six of London’s newest restaurants were nominated for a chance to win in the category of Best New Restaurant, with the awards set to take place in London on August 28. This all-day restaurant serving a fusion of Japanese and Korean cuisine is the creation of Chef Akira Back’s Korean heritage.
