And just like that, our marriage turned 40, and my husband Gary Valenciano is 60. Here in Southern California jetlagging and thinking of many things. I want to write my books already as there is so much to share about the stories behind his songs, stories about living for 40 years with a Type 1 diabetic who battled so many diseases, and about our family and faith in Jesus Christ.

Eventually, when Paolo was born, he became the first Pangilinan grandson and the star of the family and Dad forgave me! Hehe So many memories.
