Greece, and its islands Mykonos, and Paros, are quickly becoming the go-to summer destinations for jet-setters from around the world. Julia Andreu, CEO and Founder of Dubai-based fragrance brand Emperor Blue was raised in the capital Athens, and now finds her “happy place” in Paros and Mykonos. Mykonos “Mykonos has a beautiful vibe. I love going there and meeting with friends and just spending some quality time with them. I get inspired by these two islands and the city I was raised in Athens—from the smell of the sea, the winds the flowers, and the music of course! All of these elements bring back so many beautiful memories and this is how I create the beautiful scents.

Mykonos is all about beauty and magic.” Where to eat “All these places are elite—a mix of culture with a definition of Greek hospitality and tradition, with a modern twist.” • Scorpios: “It has an amazing daytime vibe, the people-watching is incredible!” • Lío Mykonos: “For a thrilling, high-energy cabaret experience.

My favorite places are, of course, beaches to get a beautiful tan at Scorpios, Nammos in Psarou, or Principote in Panormos. The best nights happen in Chora, at places such as Astra, Void, or Bonbonniere.

” Paros “Paros is my happy place, my ultimate vacation destination. It is home—a place where we all come to unwind and spend amazing time with family and friends. It is my vacation destination where I really unwind and think of what I want to do next.

This is where I become super creative. Paros is known for its beaches and traditional villages and one of my favorite activities is walking around and getting inspired by nature, from the people who live here, the music, and just from the island itself.” Where to eat “Paros is also known for its cuisine, and these are some of my favorite restaurants.

” Athens “One cannot go to Mykonos or Paros without passing by the gorgeous capital of Greece, which is full of history and richness! I would definitely recommend Four Seasons and Margi Hotels for their locations among all the best services of the hotels. To be in Glyfada and miss the opportunity to visit Asador is like missing the sea: Simply impossible. With meat taking a starring role—as it should, after all—the tongues of fire prepare the best for the palate. Add the strong grape list to the equation, and you have the hottest combination.
