Loading What we did “We updated the bathroom, replaced cupboard doors and benchtops in the kitchen, limewashed all the floors and built the bungalow,” says Delany. Our favourite room “We love the high ceilings in the kitchen and dining room, and being surrounded by art and souvenirs that we have a connection with,” says Delany. The ’hood “We live near the Caulfield racecourse and have horses regularly running by, which adds an International Velvet air to the street.

” Future plans “We fantasise about a swimming pool but the boring reality is that we need a new fence.” Advertisement Best advice “Obviously, we are not swayed by rules or trends,” says Delany. “Take a chance, have fun and surround yourself with things that have meaning and bring happy memories.
