Amy Dowden is ecstatic as she receives copy of her book Amy Dowden has teased that this year’s Strictly Come Dancing will be “more magic than ever,” despite the firing of professionals Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima . The show’s return will also mark the 33-year-old’s comeback to the competition after she took time off following her breast cancer diagnosis . Sadly, Strictly’s milestone 20th anniversary was dampened by the misconduct allegations made against Giovanni and Graziano, which resulted in their removal from the series .
The pair had serious claims brought against them by their 2023 celebrity partners, Amanda Abbington and Zara McDermott , respectively. However, Amy who recently celebrated being cancer-free still has hope the magic of the show will return to its former glory and quieten the recent scandals. Don't miss.

When asked if Strictly should be cancelled, the dancer responded: “I don't think so. That's my personal take on it. I don't get caught up on negativity.
“I think Strictly this year is going to be more magic than ever,” Amy added to The Times. However, she confirmed that she hasn't spoken to Gio or Graziano and added: “I've been very busy. I don't have time.
