This advice blast comes while his mum Zoe, aged 53, has been off the radar from her Radio 2 gig for a hefty five weeks, leaving fans worried sick.

Zoe's reportedly due back on the Zoe Ball Breakfast Show this month, but the Beeb has kept schtum about when exactly she'll return.
