With nearly two decades of culinary mastery, Chef Brahmachary is poised to elevate the dining experience at Zilos Jeddah, bringing his deep passion for global cuisine and dedication to culinary excellence. Chef Brahmachary’s illustrious 19-year career has taken him through various culinary landscapes, specializing in fine dining, global cuisine, and banquet catering.

His most recent role saw him collaborating with the acclaimed two Michelin-starred Chef Pino Lavarra, where his contributions were pivotal in enhancing culinary standards. At Zilos Jeddah, Chef Brahmachary is set to embark on a new journey, aiming to introduce innovative and memorable dining experiences to the city’s food enthusiasts. In his new position, Chef Brahmachary will lead a talented team of 35 chefs from diverse backgrounds, guiding them to create exquisite dishes that reflect the sophistication of Michelin-starred cuisine.

His vast experience includes managing five food and beverage outlets on one of the largest islands in the Maldives, catering to over 1,000 guests daily, and overseeing a team of 132 chefs.
