Friday, July 12, 2024 Zeus International Hotels and Resorts has acquired two hotels, one in Milan and another in Thessaloniki, as well as an office block in Athens, marking one of the portfolio’s largest acquisitions to date. This strategic move is part of the group’s ongoing expansion into privately owned hotels in Greece and Europe, alongside managing properties under long-term leases or with third-party owners, showcasing its dedication to enhancing asset performance. The properties were purchased from PRODEA Investments, the previous owner.

This acquisition represents a significant milestone in Zeus International Group’s expansion within the European hospitality market, increasing its portfolio of privately owned hotels to nine across Southeast Europe, including Greece, Italy, Romania, and Cyprus. The strategic move aligns with the company’s broader strategy to export warm Greek hospitality and unique guest experiences inspired by the distinctive identity and heritage of each destination—a hallmark of the Zeus Experience. Zeus International Group, a progressive hospitality and hotel management company in Greece known for its innovation in ultra-luxury, urban living, and personalized service concepts, has agreed to acquire the Dolce Milan Malpensa hotel in Milan, the Lazart Hotel Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Thessaloniki, and a five-story property in Athens from PRODEA Investments.
