Thankfully, two quick-thinking villa staff members rescued him, and he was subsequently hospitalised.
Now on the mend, the 36 year old actor took to Instagram to update his followers. Alongside a snapshot of himself during a workout session, he shared: "Happy and healthy thanks for the well wishes." TMZ reported that Zac's representative downplayed the seriousness of the incident, calling it "minor" and not providing details about why hospital care was necessary.
They stressed that the hospital visit was merely a precaution, with representatives firmly stating, "He is fine," reports the Daily Star . Zac, who recently appeared in the Netflix film A Family Affair, has often talked about his love for the great outdoors as a way to unwind and reconnect with himself post-filming.
