TikTok user own Amy Sheppard has whipped up a storm among Marmite lovers by declaring: "You have got to stop eating raw Marmite." Her video teased viewers with: "This is going to change your Sunday morning Marmite toast.

She even suggested her method might win over those who typically turn their noses up at Marmite. Sharing her innovative approach named 'grilled Marmite' or 'baked Marmite', Amy shows off her technique, starting with grilling one side of two slices of bread. She then spreads butter and slathers a "nice, thick layer of Marmite" more than usual, as per her recommendation onto the ungrilled side.

The bread is grilled once more, with the Marmite side facing up until it turns "golden brown, and crisp and bubbly". Expounding on the effect of this preparation, she explains: "When you grill it, it doesn't look much different, does it?
