The 43-year-old drama series star made a court filing last month as she alleges the claims have negatively impacted her livelihood according to TMZ on Thursday. DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Olivieri and have yet to hear back.
In the lawsuit, the actress alleges that several individuals have made false statements about her in order to damage her partnerships with third-party organizations and businesses.
