Now 13 years later he looks unrecognisable as he was spotted shopping in London. The former talent show finalist wore a black shirt, jeans and sunglasses as he walked the streets of South Kensington, and was seen picking up healthy fruit and vegetables from a street stall.
The singer's weight loss has been something he's been working on for the past decade, as in 2012 he told Now magazine that he'd dropped almost four stone thanks to a dedication to eating well. He told the magazine: "I've got so much more confidence now. "I've lost almost four stone and I'm doing it slowly.
