WWE fans watching Monday Night Raw this week were moved to tears after seeing Sister Abigail hit almost a year after the death of Bray Wyatt . The late wrestling icon – whose real name was Windham Rotunda – died unexpectedly aged 36 in August 2023, and his brother Taylor (Bo Dallas, AKA Uncle Howdy) paid a ‘perfect’ tribute to him on last night’s episode as the Wyatt Sicks attacked Chad Gable. The sinister group, which also includes Nikki Cross, Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy and Erick Rowan, has continued Wyatt’s legacy by building on characters he created.

On Monday night, viewers were treated to a special moment as Uncle Howdy laid out Gable with his late brother’s signature move. The horror group have been targeting former Olympic wrestler Gable for weeks now, and they once again reared their heads as he and new allies the Creed Brothers were attacking Alpha Academy friend-turned-rival Otis. Fans roared in anticipation as the lights dropped and sounds over the speakers signalled the arrival of the Wyatt Sicks.

Gacy, Lumis, Cross and Rowan slowly walked out onto the stage, each wearing their respective costumes inspired by Firefly Fun House puppets Huskus the Pig, Mercy the Buzzard, Abby the Witch and Ramblin’ Rabbit. The trio were ready for a fight, but they didn’t see Howdy appear in the ring behind Gable, and the live crowd were ecstatic as he grabbed Gable and laid him out with a Sister Abigal. It’s the first time he’s hit the move since his brother’s d.
